Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Exchanges and Returns

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:

• Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
• In its original condition with all tags and packaging
• Accompanied by your order number

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with clear photos of the item and the parcel. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Items Not Eligible

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Sale or discounted items, unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong

Colour Variation

We try our best to show colours accurately, but slight differences may occur due to photography lighting and screen settings. Minor colour variation is not considered a defect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. WhatsApp us at 0349 8059772 or email safeenazpk@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
2. Our team will confirm whether your item is eligible and share return instructions.
3. Send the item back to us in its original condition.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective or wrong item), we cover the shipping cost. For size changes or change of mind, the customer pays return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds are sent by bank transfer or mobile wallet for Cash on Delivery orders, or to the original payment method for online payments. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
