Safeenaz.com is an online store selling women's clothing, based in Karachi and delivering nationwide across Pakistan. Our website is powered by Shopify.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours and details accurately. Slight variations in colour, print placement or embroidery may occur due to lighting, screen settings and the handcrafted nature of some items. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

3. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and inform you.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may confirm Cash on Delivery orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete details or suspected fraud. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout. Online payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details.

6. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

7. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.

To the extent permitted by law, Safeenaz.com is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
