Safeenaz.com delivers nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Karachi: 2 to 3 working days
Other major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): 3 to 5 working days
Smaller cities and remote areas: 5 to 7 working days

During sales, Eid, public holidays or bad weather, deliveries may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment Options

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and the online payment methods shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel.

Address and Contact Details

Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or because the customer was unreachable, re-delivery charges may apply.

Refused COD Orders

Refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel without a valid reason causes us courier losses. Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be asked to pay in advance for future orders.
